From March 21 we are also open on Mondays, from 12:00 to 15:00 for lunch and from 18:00 for dinner.
Bond is a stylish restaurant in the Southern part of Amsterdam; it has a chique but relaxed atmosphere.
The interior was inspired by designs from Charles Eames and Frank Lloyd Wright as well as luxury hotel lobbies in the fifties.
The restaurant has a warm golden glow.
Bond is truly a restaurant for people who appreciate excellent food and wines. The modern French cuisine is runned by Jade Bruce. This excellent chef, from Australia, has worked in star restaurants in Australia and Ireland.
Monthly the chef present a whole new menu with dishes fit to the season.
Besides the normal menu there are also daily changing specials which will be served between six and eight o'clock only.
